Staiman Recycling/Newberry Rail Division The Staiman Recycling rail processing facility is located in Newberry, Pennsylvania. At this location, we handle railroad rail and all material associated with it. (i.e. OTM, switch points, frogs, contact rail, rail car dismantling, etc.) We sort and grade materials into relay, reroll and scrap. We "crop" scrap rail into various lengths that are required by steel mills and foundries. Staiman Recycling Corporation is always in the market for scrap random rail, rerolling rail, OTM, switch points and frogs; promptly paying the most competitive prices. We can receive material via truck or rail. We also  have access to truck and railroad scales. Material can be delivered by the customer or we can arrange for pick up at customers location. We are also available to visit customers site to inspect rail material and advise on quality and pricing. Our newly-relocated, modernized rail division in now located in the west end of Williamsport, in Newberry, in the Seda-Cog/LVRR railyard.
